CH4D still has bushing necksizers, custom-size bushings no problem.

Arnie, I have been looking at the noe bullet sizer. I assume that you use one, are you satisfied with it? Tim.

I assume the neck-sizing bushings are machined from 4140. Bringing the machined bushing to a cherry red condition, and immediately cooling them in standard ATF will harden the surface of the bushings perfectly for working with the brass casings.
I’ve cut 1”-thick ‘plates’ from 5” round 4140 billets, heated them to red hot, submerged them in a bucket full of ATF until cool. I made swing targets to set out at different distanced to practice shooting varmint rifles, making ready for winter yote hunting. The high-velocity bullets merely polished the tempered steel. So, brass ain’t nothing to worry about.
