Does anyone know if there is a Sharps family bible or marriage records for New Jersey?
A year ago I found a will signed by Christopher Sharps witnessing the death of on of my family. It would not be the Christopher who invented the rifle but more likely his father or grandfather. In other situations the witness of a will had a son or daughter married into my line. I'm wondering how to prove it or disprove this with records going back to the early 1800s?
