Shiloh Sharps Manufacturer ? Oddball?

A friend has come into a Shiloh Sharps or so it says on the left side of the receiver.. Thats odd cause all I know have " Shiloh Rifle Mfg Co" first line and then either Farmingdale or Big Timber There is no stamp indicating where manufactured! The barrel has no address markings so probably a rebarrel. Its in 44-77 sBN and has a 4 digit serial with no letter B. Wondering what the heck is going on ?
