I ordered a 1877 rifle going on eight years ago it went into production Aug. 2021 ,I provided the Cecil Fredi English Walnut blank in which the forend was bad and Cecil replaced, I have no idea what the replaced forend looks like. Did my rifle get stuck on a shelf and forgotten ? Or is it still being worked on ? Just seems something is amiss with that amount of time, I could be wrong
I was informed the when the forend is being fitted it’s on a barreled action, I have bothered the ladies enough to no ‘ They haven’t sent it to us for packaging’ what else could hold up a rifle in production ?

It started being finished assembled the end of last week, why it got left behind, I have no idea, but it's coming..

Randy, congratulations on your new rifle. When you finally have it in your hands, I am positive it will exceed your expectations. I hope that it's fitted with an octagon barrel to commemorate the eight years of waiting.

I did a 34 “ polished round barrel with a Rigby flat the only Shiloh barrel contour I don’t have.

Rigby flat? And I thought they would'nt polish those?

I will find out soon .

32” round barrel not 34” barrel.

It’s done ! Monday I’ll be there bright eyed and bushy tailed . Hopefully no glitches in the transfer , I have not done a call the Fed’s and get the ok in a long time.
