Re: Build time
I was at the factory about 6 weeks ago and Kirk told me that the current build time, and I understood this to mean without any special features, was about 28 months from order. I'm sure that will vary a lot with special features but that's about the average.

William Goodman prays everyday that God protects Shiloh Sharps long backlogs - the longer, the better - he has created quite a clever cottage investment industry. I understand that the wait times at C. Sharps has increased substantially. With the recent (again substantial) pricing increases at both manufacturers and increasing backlogs of orders, guaranteed cashflow and Co. stability appears comfortable and sustainable. if attention to quality doesn’t get compromised, the future looks bright!

Re: Build time
Depends on Bbl typically. This batch is 30" and less heavy Oct. I saw that earlier over 30" was up on orders of the same date. There is also a difference if it is round barrel and possibly standard contours. Can't wait to see how long it takes for my 25# to get called up.
I was feeling slighted for a brief moment but I can now tell they are being very fair and it is just about were your particular Bbl combination fits into their batch process.

Re: Build time
My March 2021 order letter showed up in April 2023 and is being built now. And as such I believe they are building 30" and less now. Your order may have just missed this batch. So I would think they will be doing over 30" next (and maybe rounds too) so it may be a 4 or 5 months more or less if I understand this stuff.
Best of luck,
Charles

Re: Build time
Got the letter on my cabine back in October 22. Nearly 8 months now. Things are just slow right now, supplies still hard to get. But it'll be done right when it's done.
Limber Up!
