Thanks, informative targets, good shooting.

Too bad we had to ring in the New Year with SEMTAV at the keyboard. Visions of things to come I guess.

Thought I'd try to duplicate my DD agitator load yesterday so I meticulously loaded up 10 more shells and gave them a try.
Results were absolutely horrible, so I just threw in the towel and started over.

Picked out a different lot of powder and loaded 5 up with same 85 grains.
Didn't really get to particular with my loading as I just wanted to get close.
The powder was a lot more dense so it took a lot less compression. I decided to load a couple more with more powder just in case it made a difference.

I had such a good group going that I thought I'd better pull one out of the group lest DD had heart palpitaions seeing two good groups from me in the same year. ( oh wait that other was last year ) !!!

Shot 2 was the stray shot so I Just need to figure out what I did wrong.
The 87 and 89 gr loads weren't bad, but now I'm spoiled and have to have a sub moa load to count.

That's plainly a ' 30" written on there

Just don't tell DD that's my barrel length, it will totally confuse him to find out I was shooting 4" farther away than usual

More like Art and I have become lethargic and seek easy targets of the biped variety.

And yes, I do detect powder burns on the white paper.

As a friend DD, I highly recommend you go see an eye Dr. soon.

It's probably the same thing people see in their aperture. But if you are seeing it on a big white piece of paper, it could be glaucoma or something even more serious.

Hate to see you not be able to participate on this forum if you go completely blind.
