Starr Percussion Carbine

I shoot a 1863 Shiloh carbine and have recently acquired a very shootable Starr percussion carbine. The sharps ringtail bullets I shoot are perfect for the Starr. Does anyone have experience shooting a Starr? The chamber is deeper than my Shiloh.
