Here He is Boys 192 B&C From MISSOURI!

Well guys, The ol 45-110 Let the air out of this big boy. Got him November 11th at 9:30 in the morning. Grunted him in and hit him right behind the shoulder.

Load Used:
45-110
Norma brass
96.5 Grains of GOEX EXPRESS 1-F
CCI BR-2
.060 Walters Wad
Lyman GOVERNMENT 520 Grain 30-1 Cast Myself

Entrance and exit were the same size hole. Took out the top of his heart, both lungs and a shoulder. He made it about 25 yards and piled up.

His UNOFFICIAL Green score is 192 Boone & Crocket. We scored him on the short side, he might go as high as 201. With Mass Measurments of over 7" in some places, and 14" G2 tines. 22" Main beams and 17 Scoreable points.

WITH A SHILOH SHARPS 45-110!!!!! Dosen't that beat all!

How far was he? He was WAY out there, Twenty Yards.

Yep, I was Rattled. It sure felt good putting that blade front sight on him.

I will be hunting does the rest of the week. Hopefully I will have more pictures to share.

Thanks to EVERYONE on this site and of course SHILOH SHARPS, BIG TIMBER MONTANA!!!!

Headhunter--WHAT A DEER!! That will work, for sure and certain. To say congratulations is an understatement.

It's hard to beat that old Government bullet at 30-1, and a 45-110 Sharps. My question is "How are you going to top this with the Saddle Rifle when it gets here?" Heckuva Deal. Shoot straight, rdnck.

Congratulations, that is a really nice deer to be sure! The grunt tubes are an interesting piece of equipment especially this time of year. Again, nicely done on your deer.

Shooting grease groove bullets in a sharps is new technology and just a passing fad.

Excellent job! Well done, pip pip and all that. No, seriously, good job.

I haven't gone hunting for a number of years now and it's starting to really get under my skin.

I'm envious.

That's one mean looking Buck! OH, yeah, nice deer too!
HAHAHAHAHA.
Beautiful stand of hardwoods in the background...I do miss those late Fall colors.
Still looking to tag my first deer with my 110...will give it another try this Friday.
20 or 200yds, that's still good shooting!

Cheers

congrats!! That really is the buck of a lifetime. How much did he weigh? Muzzloader season started here Saturday. I shot a little doe with a .45 flintlock. It's not much of a picture except for the gun thats almost as tall as me haha.
