baco website

Post by bruce m »

has anyone mastered the new site yet?
one of life's pleasures was to peruse their bullet moulds using a logical and obvious system.
how it is now will cost them sales due to no one knowing what they sell.
keep safe,
bruce.

It takes a seven year old to find their way through it. :D

It's a work in progress, hopefully the progress quickly. I was wanting to look at some stuff, and couldn't get to it..

The best way is to google what you want, find the buffalo arms link in the responses and click on that.Seems to work better than rooting around on their website!---Mike

I've noticed a few things that are not on the new site but were on the old one. Hopefully they get it sorted out soon. I liked the old BACO web site, but I'm sure they'll get it all figured out. In the mean time I'll bet they are getting more phone orders :-)

If you click on the category''s and then scroll down to bullet moulds, get the drop box to show Buffalo Arms moulds and then the drop box comes with grease groove or paper patch, click on your choice and then the drop box comes for the diameters, you can find all of the moulds... Takes a bit of fiddling around but they all appear to be there.

I agree with all the above the old site was much better. The new one is confusing and not informative.
The new catalog is great not sure how to cross over to the web site for ordering though other than phone calls.

I heard that the goal was to make browsing the BACO site more logical, so therein may lie the problem?

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one!

When a guy gets a little older things like this can cause him to think he's slipped over the edge. I spent some time on it recently and could not get anywhere using my tablet. I finally gave up and went elsewhere.

I've no doubt they'll get it fixed and hopefully soon.

Ditto on your comment, Bruce. When it's not broken, don't try and fix it!!!!
