All,
Well if you have a little extra money to spend you may wish to look at the following link.
I'm saving my cash for a 45-110 and don't want to use it on this item. Although I think it is really cool. If I already had one or two Sharps I'd buy it for sure.
I am in no way involved, or have a financial interest, in this transaction. I don't know anything about the item except the information contained in the link.
If you are interested in the item do NOT bid.
Do this:
1. Calculate the highest amount you are willing to spend.
2. Bid that highest amount 60 to 45 SECONDS before close of bid. (If you are really familiar with eBay wait for 30 to 20 Seconds.)
That way you can't lose. If you don't get it, it is because it sold at more than you thought it was worth and you are ok.
Also, by using this system you will not be driving up the price of the item based on competing with each.

Dear Canoe:
Thanks for the heads up. Depending on what the price is when it is close to ending I will probably bid on it. My wife and I have bought sveral bronzes in the past for the house, and this one would fit nicely. I'll try your method of bidding and see what happens.
