MVA Scope Legal for Scope Class????

Post by Sean Thornton »

In one of the shooting boards there has been talk that the MVA scope and or its mounts are not going to be legal for the NRA BPCR Silhouette class. Has anybody heard any information concerning this? I would be very interested as I just purchased one of these to shoot the scope class. Thanks for any info concerning this.

Sean Thornton,

The MVA scope and mount is legal for NRA Silhouette. Some of the other other mounts are not legal now. Rumor has it that a certain indivual was behind all the baliwhoing about scopes and the NRA not doing their part and he was bad mouthing the NRA committee, so to get him to stop they gave him his way. I'm just repeating what I heard.

I just got a letter from MVA stating that their scopes and mounts have been ruled legal for NRA BPCR Silhouette. They are trying to stop the rumor mongering.
