Hard to calculate MOA when the hole in the ground is about 50 in' diameter.

They used to have a Bullseye outlined on Signal Mountain at Fort Sill, OK. They would bring in various artillery pieces and fire them into the Mountain, to show what they were capable of. Finally they would bring in a 8inch howitzer and put one into the x-ring on the mountain. Makes you not want to be on the receiving end.
