Sad to announce that "Smokin" Bruce Aune from St. Paul MN succombed to the effects of diabetes this week. Miss you greatly, my friend. Godspeed.

Bruce was a good man always had a big smile when we met and always handed me a bottle of water and said "this will let you see better and maybe you will hit the target better"

Wow I just saw this. Rdnck is correct, we are diminished. I first met Bruce in 2004 at my first Q match. He spotting for me for years after that including when I won in 2006 and 2010. A finer nicer person you'll never meet. Always enjoyed hearing that Yankee accent behind the spotting scope when he spotted for me. Godspeed my friend!
