After you get 6 of them you quit drooling, but you get a steely glint in the eye and a crazy look on your face. bobw

I don’t know Bob. I still drooled for #6. My last three rifles were supposed to be my last. I may find out about #7. I sure hope Lucinda doesn’t send me another catalog, I just can’t stop myself.

Shiloh......the closest thing to perfection this side of Paradise.

Since 1981 I've owned over 35 Shilohs and still get excited when buying another.

Hey MLV, since you have more pull with Shiloh than the rest of us, ask them if they will make a nice .22lr either in a 74 or a 77. I’m not fussy

Yeah, what he said, but with a back-bored barrel so it doesn't way 300 lbs.

A .22 lr 74 with a 1/2 octagon barrel about 26” would make a nice silhouette rifle. That would be #7 for sure. I’m so weak.

What timing! I got my letter today from Shiloh that the one I won in GA is going into production within two weeks, please send the rest of the money. WhooHoo!

The extreme quality of a Shiloh Sharps rifle is well worth the wait no matter how long it seems.

During the wait is a good time to get molds, cases, components to get ready for when it does arrive.

I’m at a point where time has stood still for a wile! I didn’t know about Mr. Goodman until after I ordered my rifle and paid nearly the full invoice... last October. I was told “About 18 months.”

I have also decided that if I am ever diagnosed with a terminal illness, I will immediately order another Shiloh direct. It will stretch out the time I have left!!!

I’m a cancer survivor so my sense of humor may be a bit twisted.

You young whippersnappers got it easy. My first Shiloh was delivered in 1991 after 3 years, 3 months, and 12 days. Yep, I still remember!
