Gar ,there was 2 owners and they didn't get along worth a damn. Now what we need is Gullo to buy it.

It would be an expensive start up cost for BACO. They could add to their obsoletes but they still would be drawn cases compared to Roberson Ctg running a CNC producing lathe turned cases to add to their expansive existing inventory

From an expense standpoint, drawn cases make way more sense than CNC turned cases. BACO already has a lot of this tooling. How much more they would need to capture this end of the market remains to be seen.
