If we get some reasonable weather brween now and 31 Dec. I will join in.

Assume the gun used is not limited to Shiloh products. The target used cannot be a previously used target with earlier hits taped over.

I've shot the CBA (Cast Bullet Assn.) Postal for years and they are interesting, entertaining and instructional.

target 2.jpg
target 1.jpg
this doesnt count cause I shot it a couple days ago but just an example of what we need
Target
Rifle is shooting setup,
Size of Group (6 1/8 inch)
Load info

Cant get the target to rotate to the proper direction

( 8 inch Bull on a cardboard background just isn't enough to see clearly)
Need to make it bigger or try a white background

Might want to try a 200-yard Scheutzen target. It has a Red Bull one side and black on the reverse. You (at least for me) can see your hits better on the Red Bull. That bull is 12” dia. with a white background.

Brian,
If they're no objections I will use a clean cardboard like this with a single sticker for a target shooting a scoped rifle.

I will be changing between a scope and tang sights on and off and for the tang I will use a 25 ring target.
I have a new .44 mould I need to work with as well a .40.
Looking forward to get started and see how other shooters load work is working.

Whoops forgot the target :D it will look like this with a single sticker. I can see this fine at 200 using a scope.

Yes I have Arnie. I shoot it often on the 200 yard range shooting at golf balls hanging from a string off the HP swinger target hanger :D
The rifle is a CPA I had build to match my Shiloh's 12# weight for off hand practice I can use in my yard so I don't scare the new neighbors :D It has a 28" Douglas premium barrel and I put a MVA Win scope on it when my eyes went down hill.
It shoots very well at 200. I shot this target at 200 using it testing different boxes of ammo.

Maybe I should use this for the postal match

That would be a good setup to shoot the winter Merrill
"Indoor/Outdoor" long range .22 gong matches.
Also, the 22 cal Schuetzen match at Eau Claire Nat'l Rifle Club's
annual ISSA Schuetzen Regional in June.
I Love to shoot 22s.
I have "graduated" to a couple of Martin International MK II rifles
for these 22 matches. One is a heavy barrel True Left Hand
and the other is a medium weight right hand on which I installed
a left hand stock. A Lyman STS 15X FCH-fine dot reticle rides on it.

TO Everyone:
there is a group called NARPM that holds 22 rimfire postal matches very month.
NARPM: National Rimfire Postal Match
Lots of fun. Similar to this new BPCR Postal.
