Many, many years ago Ben Johnson was in Oklahoma city and was visiting with Oklahoma City officers at our FOP lodge. My Patrol Partner, who looked and sounded like SAM Elliott, was introduced to Ben Johnson. My partner thought it was some kind of trick so he laughed " Sure you are bub" . It was the real Ben Johnson and my partner later apologized. I'll bet Ben had a big laugh when he later heard my cocky partner had shot a hole in his foot IN THE JAIL...and a few months later almost chocked to death on a boiled egg. Cool Link Jim.
