Hollywood Weapons

Post by pacecars »

Just watched the first episode of the new season of Hollywood Weapons. This episode was “Quigley” and was pretty good. They tried the bucket shot at 500 plus yards and the “2 for 1” shot from 800 plus yards. Dave Gulli was in also and they used Kurt’s Quigley rifle and paper patch ammo. All in all a pretty good show

I think that episode was from 2 years back, was interesting to watch. Dave Gullo (Buffalo Arms) was the shooter.

Interesting. We don't have TV. Did they show both the rifles used?? One of the rifles was real, the other had an aluminum barrel as a prop for tossing around and smacking people with. I think both were made by Shiloh. Dan Parris (sp?) would know if he's on this board.

If I couldn't shoot any better than that I sure wouldn't want the world to see it on TV. I did enjoy the interview with Tom Selleck though. He's one of our favorites.

Thanks for posting the link. We don't have TV either and I hadn't even heard of that series. Some aspects (e.g. "Cora") were rather annoying, but I was glad that I had a chance to see it.
