We lost a lot of good active shooters over the years that just won't post on here anymore.

A lot of folks just got tired of the BS. I do too! Just post what you know and don't speculate about what you don't.

I think it just depends on how much you like people in general or not and their varied interests and personalities. It does help to have a thick skin and not be afraid to say what you think. The challenge to our ideas is what keeps the forum alive and vibrant as it causes us to check and rethink what we are sure enough about to put voice to. I can't begin to express how much I've learned and had to change what I thought was true from hearing different points of view on any number of subjects spoken on here. Very often just looking at a subject from some one else's perspective sheds a whole new light on what we have previously thought was true. I never tire of hearing or thinking about taking a look at something from another angle as it very often reveals improved thinking about an issue.
