Where's most of you going for cleaning patches at the 2 1/2 to 3" diameter? At the prices I'm seeing you'd think the farmer was getting $5.00 per pound for field cotton!!

My wife bought one of those cricut machines. I buy flannel fabric off the internet or at the local Walmart And cut my own 2.5” round patches

I usually wait for my Midway Birthday discount, then order enough cleaning patches and felt wads to go the year.

$5.00 a pound for field cotton? Crop dusters must have raised the price of applied chemical.

Garage sales...sewing stores. I buy whenever and Jeanne cuts our patches. I like linen.

Buy cotton balls and one can clean any caliber firearm they own ...
Walmart - 400 JUMBO count for $3.68 ... https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate-Beaut ... /280043267
Half a ball is the right size to clean a 45-70

It’s not much fun when the guy using cotton balls sets his patch pan on fire on the middle of a relay

I was in a bind for patches the other day so I chopped up some tampons and carried on. 8)
