Covid has run rampant through the nursing homes and VA here in NH.

A couple days ago I read an article where we were #1 in the US for old folks being infected.
I don't know if it was true or not as it was local news.
As in the rest of the country, children cannot visit their interned parents during this "crisis" though.

I had to put my Ma in the Hillsboro County Nursing home a few years back.
She was affected with Lewy Body Dementia, a vicious affliction that ultimately took her.
At least back then, I could visit her daily, hold her hand, feed her and let her down as gently as myself and modern medicine could.

I'd probably have reacted poorly to being "locked out" from seeing her.
But that's just me.

22 days of symptoms and 11 days in the hospital and they are writing the discharge orders.

Great news. Was worried you were going to miss the big ringing in the New Year bash with all the bubbly tomorrow night.

Maybe that's next year.

Now you can count yourself among the COVID survivors. We won't need the vaccine for quite some time. We got our antibodies honestly, by fighting the damn virus.
