Sight inserts?

Post by cw50-70 »

Has anyone come across sight inserts other than the Pedersoli made ones that will fit (or can be modified to fit) a Pedersoli globe?

You could check with Lee Shaver Gunsmithing. He sells his own line of sights and inserts, and he has been the warranty Rep in the USA for Pedersoli. I do not know if he still is, but I am sure he would be familiar with your inserts…..

Lee would have been my first choice but he doesn't make the Pedersoli size. Actually there is one Pedersoli set that would work for me and it is USA408. Anyone have a spare? Or maybe even one sight from the set?

Like Matt said, I think they are the same as the MVA inserts. I've got both and don't have a problem interchanging them.

Thanks, Matt and Bryan. That is good to know if I need some different ones but I did just luck into finding the exact ones (USA408) that I was looking for. Thanks again.
