Re: "Q" looking good
Every time I fill up the 32 gallon tank on my 12 mpg truck I consider it to be my middle finger to Putin. I’d still be going to the Q if gas was $10 a gallon. Vacation week with my rifle and a bunch of cool guys is worth way more than money.

Putin and Russia are just a handy excuse. Our duly elected officials are directly to blame. No new leasing and raising the royalties on federal lands, Then open our reserves and ship that oil to Europe. I would have thought our president and government, sworn to uphold the Constitutuion (the what?), would be looking out for the people who pay their salaries first. Biden thinks we should all be driving electric cars anyway. That's the real reason in my mind.

joey the Clown closed the Keystone pipeline by executive order on his first day as the resident. Putin has NOTHING to do with rising gas prices, that's all propaganda bullshit.

Some of those reasons may have some degree of validity, but I'm a USMC veteran and killing Russians is part of our DNA. Turns out that when you call the Ukranian consulate in your area, they are not looking for 55 year olds on blood pressure meds....The killing Russians part remains a good idea though...

Just picked up my rebarreled Shiloh in Big Timber today. Now I have to quickly develop loads for Quigley. Think it was in 2014 at my first Q when I earned a pin for all 8 shots on the diamond. Have only managed to hit it 3 or 4 times since. I don’t like shooting at diamonds.

I have no sympathy for chi-coms either. Don't mix me in with the bidenistas. I spent time in the Far East with a rifle in my hand and a pack on my back issued to me the the US government. I know what's up.

Got here at sundown Kurt, Brian looks to have a big turnout. Eastern montana from Alzada to Baker north is green and lush with standing water in the low spots. These folks were overdue for a better than average year moisture wise. Little overcast in the west, we get what we get, levergun and 22 rifle tommorrow as well as sight settings for the 30" MR 2016 win gun. Put my XLR buffalo soule on it and a Lee shaver frt. Will run full throttle 512 gr ppb's with a full dose of Swiss 1.5. Wind ain,t blowing yet but prolly change in 5.minutes or so .bob

Bob,
Good to hear that a bunch showed up. Baker is a great shoot and well run by Brian. I would be there if I could. Tell him I said HI.
Yes that stretch from Belle Fourche to Alzada has been brown for many trips I have traveled through that stretch,
Even the Antelopes have thinned down through that area.

Well the 22 match went good. I shot my m39A lever with barrel sights hit 33/40 and was pleased for first time results. Sunny for the most part and a few sprinkles...
