Nut'n wrong with the HD or Lowes brand. I've used it for years.

Negative. Just got back from Orlando, I got stuck down there an extra day for work because of the snow in Philadelphia.
I also need to get myself some terry cloth, I'm fresh out.
I really hope I don't ruin this beautiful rifle!

Relax, oil finishes are very forgiving. Once you get it looking like new, consider giving it a coat of wax.

An old bath towel, cut into about 12-14" squares will work well.
