I'm not sure what you really need, but I doubt your chamber will be as tight as mine. To size my brass, i used a Lyman FL sizer that had been shortened and then reshaped on the outside. Shoot me an email in 2 weeks, and maybe I can help if you need something special.

for my 40 70 PP, I hand load the PP bullet, then gently and lightly run it in a factory crimp die.
not the regular crimp die....this gently 'squishes' the case tight against the PP bullet so it won't fall out.
do it by feel and every case will have the same tension.
for the Shiloh's, you should not need a sizing die at all. fired cases slip fit my 418 bore diameter PP bullet and I seat them only 1/8 deep in the case. they slide in the bore easily.
