This may have been asked before but I will ask again. Does anyone use this to measure/load black powder, I know the caution states smokeless only but in the real world can it be used safely without static build up and possible ignition. Please provide your input. Thank you

Over the past 10 to 12 years, I wore one out, the dispenser motor quit. I load for 3 shooters and we go thru about 30 pounds of powder a year. Sent it back RCBS for repair and they replaced it free of charge.

I have two that they would not fix, scales and dispensers. If you need parts let me know.
I changed to the Sheels that has a lifetime no BS warrantee. If it breaks they will give you a new one. No questions asked.

I, like Kurt have two that quit on me. Rcbs suggested i send them to Pierce, Arizona for repair. The scale was the problem with both. One lasted almost two years, the other less than one year. Since I use them for smokeless and black powder, the warranty was void. I'll not buy another Chargemaster. CO

Do you know of, or have heard of, any dead guys who are dead because of using black powder in a Chargemaster?
Serious question!
