Made a call today to make a couple changes to my order and ask a few questions. Got to spend some time on the phone with Phyllis. She was amazing to deal with and patiently helped me with everything and made sure everything was exactly what I wanted.
Just wanted to make sure the company knows how much I appreciate the excellent service!

Can understand that and so are the other gals who pickup the phone at Shiloh. On the 25th anniversary of the Quigley shoot. Phyllis reach over her head into the bucket of ticket stubs and drew mine out for a new Montana Roughrider donated by Shiloh for the occasion. I all ways think of that as a classic example of the generous people they are. As they were very happy for me as well. bobw
