Re: Friendship Match
There is a little more to tell. I don't have a pic of the scores to post or relay. We will have to wait for Mike.
60 plus shooters showed up to compete.
Doug Gazeway came through to win Irons and Mel Barnell persevered to win scope.
Fog was a factor Saturday, delaying the start, and making spotting hits and misses difficult early on. Clouds hid the mirage and light tricky winds caused many a hair to be pulled. Scores were down overall with only one master score posted over the two days
Sunday was brighter, with mirage finally making an appearance in the afternoon. Winds were still just as tricky though.
Congrats to both Mel and Doug for their wins.

Re: Friendship Match
Woody also shot well. Plus, he won the drawing for the Shiloh rifle.
Tricky conditions, indeed. On day-1 there were periods where the smoke just hung in front of the line in the humidity making it almost impossible to see the animals, let alone hits & misses. Congrats to all who shot well.
