Yes by weight and compressed .030 thou.
Again-Add powder to where you compress about .250, Goex likes lots of compression.
I'm run'n .360-.370 compression w/.060 fiber wad, in both my .45-70 and .45-90 using Old E 2F.
Targets says to do this. :wink:
