Shouldn't there be an exander button?

Post by Ted Bell »

I just received this Lyman Neck Expander die in 45-110. I'm a complete newby to BPCR reloading, but shouldn't there be an expander button?

Thanks,
Ted

Nevermind. After a bit more research I discovered the part about not being able to size and expand straightwall cartridges in the same step.
Now if I could only delete my initial post so I can continue hiding my ignorance.

Thanks,
Ted

No Ted...there should not be. Sorry, I just could not resist replying. Don't feel bad about it, we all had to start somewhere.

:D my vote is counted..
I'd like to stay, but I have to correct buying the wrong dovetail size from MVA for my Shiloh.
slip fit, glue and band aids didn't work. have to send it back for the correct size.

MVA, nice folks...

see, you're not the only one.

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt." 8 years of lurking in silence on this forum, and then BAM! In an instant I go and remove all doubt. :D

That's ok - It's about time I chirped up for all of the lessons I've learned from hundreds of others on here. Maybe someday someone will do a search with the same question and learn from my post.

Thanks all,
Ted

Smoke's right Ted, think of it as a friendly welcoming initiation to the Forum

Actually, it's kind of an honor to be smoked by many of the people I've come to hold in such high regard from years of reading their posts on here. And I have no problem laughing at myself- I certainly give myself enough opportunities for laughter as I go through life.

Thanks,
