Paper Patching ReaLLLLLLLLLL... Good!

Been tweeking and playing with the paper patch load, 16-1, 18-1, 20-1. Half grain more powder, half a grain less and so on. Shot this 14 shot group at 200yd. today. Highest shot was shot #2, low right shot was #3, shot #1 was between those 2 shots. Then we got settled in and finished up. Ten shots in the middle hole. This was 20-1 lead, 81.5 grs. of Swiss, 18-1 shot also, but so did 16-1. There are 4 shots in the top part of the hole and 6 shots in the lower part. I think I'll rest for a couple of days.

That group looks very close to the last excellent group you shot at 200 yds. Very nice! But now you have to tell all the story behind that great group.

Make that four, I got in. I haven't shot midrange or bullseye since Bogue Chitto shut down, sure looking forward to it. This bullet is new to me and has shot well at 200m and 300m in practice. I finally got to check it out on the 600 yard steel today and it held a minute and half so I have high hopes.

Colt smoke are you shooting these loads in a cpa?

That is a CPA group. I also have a Shiloh that shoots as good.
