Where you might be coming from sea level, you will feel it for a few days and get a touch winded. I come from about 1,000 ft in elevation here in Oklahoma. I just try not to do a lot for the first few days and take my time doing what little I do! But you get to set up fairly close from your vehicle and they use target setters, it is not to bad. The view is great, people are great and the range is amazing. Hope you can make it some day!
I would really like to--
I live at 2700' ASL. Doc doesn't want me much over 6K' ASL for any length of time.
2700' is not an issue, as I've been here for almost 28 yrs.
Thanks for the info-Have a private range about 15 minutes from my house that sits at 4K' ASL. We can shoot out to 600 yds every day from covered benches and twice a month out to 1K yds.

Pulled in at 1300 hours local with no serious issues. Pulled a nail out of a trailer tire, but it had failed to penetrate. Last night, the microwave loosened in it's housing. An easy fix but need a pop-rivet gun. I'll tackle that tomorrow.

Hey Woody-How much hassle is it to post some pictures, if you have time?

Lumpy,

My photo hosting doesn't seem to get along with the forum anymore and I'm too cheap to pay someone.

NP Woody, I understand
BFD, whatever you would think would show the range at it's best. Camping area, shooter's line etc.
No rush and THANK YOU :!:
Maybe some notes/details on the rifles and loads, you and the other shooters will be using.
THANK YOU :!:

Brent, it would be interesting to see some shots along the line and what the rental cabins look like. I will be retired in three years and would like to start making this trip instead of reading about it. - Mike, an MD in WA thanks to professors like yourself!
