Why you should be in Raton with pictures

Post by BFD »

Okay, pics have been requested. So, I thought I would do my best to show you what it is like here by posting photos from time to time

We will start with a view from the front porch. As often as not this view will include mule deer and pronghorns, esp. in the late afternoon.

This is after the Woody's moved in yeaterday...

Today is registration and practice. Cool slightly overcast weather.

Registration desk. Great people, we owe a lot of thanks to. Match director Jeanne Ring on the right.

Great photos Brent! What a beautiful place. Thus far the Silhouette range at Deep Creek in Missoula has my vote for most picturesque range but Raton looks special. Three more years and I will have more time to do the range circuit. Thanks for the posts. Do you have any pics of the cabin insides and how difficult are they to reserve? I have no plans to buy a camper.

Mike. The cabins are different than Competitor housing. I've stayed in the latter. But I can't type that much on a cell phone. I can tell you about it when I get back to a real computer.

The neighbor came by.
