For me, I have been using Federal 150 or 150M Large Pistol Primers.
Chronograph testing showed me that these gave me lower Standard Deviations
and Extreme Spreads than Large Rifle primers of various brands.
And Attendant tighter groups.
Have had No damage to breechblock, either on Original HI Wall or Brg BPCR or Ruger No 1

Do you use an OPW (Over Primer Wad) with the pistol primers?

Thanks,
Ross

Lots of different choices going on there. I use Fed 215 magnum primers igniting pyrodex.

From the looks of it a gift certificate for them might be best.
