What lot numbers?
Standard deviation would be more helpful than ES.
Good work.

Was there any compression in these loads?

Was there any next tension also?

There is only one reason why the FFg grade of Olde E is faster than Swiss ... The grain ratio mix, 4.27% of 40 mesh in a FFg grade and a tad of 50 mesh to boot? Give me a 'cheating' break!

Swiss FFg (250.504)
20 mesh - 76.16% retained
30 mesh - 23.50% retained
Through - 0.34%

Olde E FFg:
20 mesh - 62.81% Hold
30 mesh - 32.32% Hold
40 mesh - 04.27% Hold
50 mesh - 00.60% Hold
60 mesh - Trace

BTW, there is an Industry Standard for all grades of blackpowder and all grades Olde E are outside the Standard

Would be nice if everyone would abide by industry standards,
but, if Olde E can work better for shooters outside of the standards,
so be it.
