These guys hung around the yard last year right up till about a week before deer season opened. Haven't seen them since.

Don,

Nice bunch of good sized bucks, but I'm partial to the 2nd one from the right. Lots easier to get it moved around on the ground, and loaded into the back of the pickup, cut it w/ a fork :D , and no pile of hardware to do something with. Just haven't seen a thing wrong with them.

Regards

:) Tablefare considered either the far right one or the one in the middle by that big post would be the choice.
The one on the left gives the wife the most to hang onto while she's standing in the back of the pickup trying to drag it in ....

Nice buckskin, Don.

Keep an eye open for them rascals. Can't tell, they might show-up again.

Jimhaven't seen any thing with horns except for a couple of dinks that are probably yearlings.

Alliance is another year away, I guess.

AC here in the house went POP last week (when it was 110*) and that took care of about $4thousand pocket change I'd saved back for trips, another Sharps, reloadin' stuff, etc., you know. I'd promised Dave I'd go to Wright City with him for a spotter if he'd pay for the shelter and grub, so I may do that.

It's hell being old and poor,

See ya in October,

Jim

I'd go for the one on the left, you can eat big bucks too. Usually when I've said I'd rather shoot a small buck it was because I couldn't get a big one :D That's cool to have some guys like those hanging around Don.

Yeh they were alot of fun to watch in the early morning and evenings. (altho Carol has a bone to pick withthem about what they did to her flowering crab tree in the driveway :P )They're about 400 yds from the front door in that picture.
Sure would like to see them again , but haven't seen hide nor hair of them since about January.
