Well shot! Care to share any information on the conditions and rifle used?

The conditions were nice Texas Panhandle day. Shot from about 60 yards with 45-70, Goex cartridge powder, 540 round nose bullet. Rifle is an original Borchardt that started out as a military rifle. Rifle had passed through J P Lower's shop in Denver as it is marked on barrel. Before I got it the barrel had been shortened to 30in and front sight replaced with a rocky mountain blade. The sling swivel was removed sometime in the past. The barrel still is marked Old Reliable with the Sharps Bridgeport Conn markings. Stocks are replacements that can be banged around.

SOURDOUGH;
That's cool to be able to hunt close to a spot that can be historically verified and to know you're in the same area with a bp rifle is extra special. I have hunted a couple of spots in Colo. that fall into that category and it adds to the experience. Is there a ranch or outfitter's name you can provide? Thanks for sharing.
