Putting a scope on my hunting rifle was a mistake.
I fumbled with the scoped rifle and said some strong language under my breath fumbling with the rifle with the scope on it. It's just in the way when loading shooting dirty during hunting conditions. Yes you can see better when your eyes are getting dim, but it just gets in the way. If I have doubt with the sight picture on a critter I just will not let a round go down range.
I took the blocks off and plugged the holes. It will not get mounted again on the Hartford.
