2012 Canadian Nationals BP results

This is where you can place your scores from the matches. It uses an excel spread sheet! If you send me your sheet of scores I can put it on the forum and provide a link where everyone can view it.

2012 Canadian Nationals BP results

I don’t know if this is going to work, but here are the results of the 2012 Canadian Black Powder National Matches. If these links do not work you can find the results on the D.C.R.A. web site under Results, 2012 Fullbore. http://www.dcra.ca/results/index.htm

The Black powder shooting is mixed into their high power (fullbore) championships and a lot of different matches are running at the same time. For example, we shared the range with the “F” class shooters during the long range events. Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum. Targets were the International “V” bull maximum score of 50 for 10 shots.

2 Shooters using muzzleloaders for the short range portion finished first and second in the Grand Aggregate. They used cartridge rifles for the long range portion due to a light rain at the start of the event.

A great time was had by all. The United States 8 man team won the team event on Saturday, but the score is unavailable. This event is 3 relays shot at 900 meters, best 6 scores to count. The D.C.R.A. rules have allowed cross sticks and scopes for the last 2 years and there were at least 4 scoped rifles competing.

Going over the 300 competitors list it looks like it is a international event with a good representation from the US.

Again good work.
