The 2014 Cabin Fever Match was fired Feb. 22 & 23. We had a good turnout as 34 shooters reported. The weather was cooperative for this years match. Saturday was mild temperatures with a high at about 50’ with moderate breezes, 5 to 10 mph from the SE. Sunday was spectacular shooting weather with highs near 60 with mild breezes, 3-5 mph, from the SE. Both days had high overcast which minimized glare. Some of the scores reflected the good conditions. A 34 was shot on Saturday, (Jen Oliva), and another 34 shot on Sunday, (Steve Morris), which ties the Black’s Creek record. Five other shooters have shot 34s over Black’s Creek 15 year shooting history. Also of note was Jen Oliva’s “5 in a row” chickens which she shot on Saturday.
