Congratulations to Brian Chilson, winner of the August 2015 BPCR match at Ridgway PA. Brian won a chicken shoot-off against Dave Heeter. Both competitors scored a 30 with exactly the same score for each animal, but Brian edged out Dave by a single chicken.

Thanks to Ridgway Rifle Club for your continued support, and the substantial improvements you've been making to the range. Those who attended June's "underwater" match will be happy to hear that the firing line has been regraded, with a new drain so we aren't lying in puddles. And as always, thanks to the folks who helped with setting and painting targets, cleaning the clubhouse, calling relays, emptying trash, and pitching in with whatever needed doing.
On a side note, Staurday after the main match we’re thinking of having a side match. five sighters and five shots for score in 7 mintues 30 seconds at the Infamous homer. A scaled down buffalo silhouette 980 yards away. open to scoped rifles and iron sights. The iron sight shooters may have the advantage on this one.
The Eastern Regional is next month - two days of 40-shot matches. See you there!
Sincerely,
Craig Duncan
