Adding a bayonet lug is just a matter of a silver solder job.

Check one of the SharpsShooter web sites for details. I saw a bunch at a reenactment and decided there was no way I was going to crud up my rifle shooting blanks.

Blanks are NASTY!

If I'm going to burn up expensive FFG, I by golly intend that there be several hundred grains of lead in front of it!

I just realized what I said...

The triangular bayonet didn't need a lug, as it used the front sight lug. I went on the Dixie website looking for a bayonet, but nothing was listed for the Sharps. I could have ordered an Enfield bayonet, but I figured there wasn't much chance of the socket diameter being correct. Darn it.
