Did sharps build a .63 military rifle in 45 cal.? If not, why do you think shiloh built

I used a 405 gr bullet cast from an old ideal mold,a lee 500gr bullet and one of the Shiloh Radcliffe style buffalo bullets which I think I still have the mould for. The best bullets to use are the ones with large grease grooves to hold plenty of lube

My Shiloh '63 military rifle keyholes anything larger than 405 gr bullets at 50 yds. 405gr appear to be unstable and are not accurate at 50yds.
The 385gr lyman shoots 1-1/2" at 50 yds. I have used Montana Bullet Co. 300 and 325 bullets with about 1-1/4 groups.
I measured the twist rate and got I in 48". Off bench rest with 4X lyman Centennial scope, foggy 70 year old eyes.
This is a great rifle--almost no recoil with 65gr FFg.
I love the sharps percussion rifle. Too bad this part of the forum is almost dead.
