Anyone here heard anything about "White Horse Center"? it is in West Va. and is talked about as being the Whittington East, we had a small blurb with no real concrete info in the Va.State Shooting Assn. magazine,(The Bullet) the NRA is supposed to be on board with this but I can't find anything on the website, anybody up to speed on this?
