Windage and front sights

OK, the lines seem drawn in the sand for each respective vote for the rear sight. How about the front. First opinion, for long range, how much for a guy to feel "comfortable" that he can take on any condition if he travels? I like the 80 + myself. The same question for mid range. Last, what is the opinions on calibrated front globes vs. set globes? Would like to hear from some of the LR pill poppers on this one. Bet a diiner in a drive up window that one Wyoming shooter will say 120 minutes is not enough.
