Been as cold as -36C (-34F) here of late, a balmy -31C with windchill today. Makes it tough to go x-country skiing but if it 'warms up' to -15C today, me and the dog are going. It's the wind that makes it hell, not the cold.
Been out shooting a new pair of 44-40s I bought for CAS. Check out 'Shooter-to-Shooter' so I don't have to repeat myself here. My wife bought a pair of Ruger Blackhawks in .44 Spl. as well, the ones on the old .357 XR3 frame.
Been casting and reloading several calibres to lay in a stock of ammo for the summer. I missed July and August last year due to cancer radiation treatments, so I'll be out with a vengeance this summer.
