I have an opportunity to acquire a .45 calibre Farmingdale '63.
Are there any problems associated with the .45 in the '63? Is there sufficient gas generated for a good seal?
I recall someone on the forum saying that he had great success with his.
The lady in my life (5'2") has watched me shoot my .45-70 '74s and my .50 '63.
Neither of those appeals to her. It is my thought that the .45 might be a rifle she could handle.
All comments appreciated.
