'74 military carbine front sight

Kirk,

Is the '74 carbine available with a small front sight blade inserted into a brazed front sight stud instead of in a dovetail (military style). I very much like the carbine, but the dovetailed front sight takes away from the authenticity a bit.

If the brazed stud mounted front sight is an option, please let me know what the extra cost would be.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will shortly have a 50-70 Gov't carbine on order.
