Hope some one on this board can help, I understand from another site that the BATF have / are changing the rules under which a 'non resident alien' can bring a rifle into the US.
It seems like they want a non US resedent to ship their rifle over in advance to a licenced person, presumably one can then pick the rifle up and go about as you please!!!!
I have the BATF permit to bring my rifle & ammo over for the BPCR championships at Raton, this year
What I plan to do, is fly in to Denver and make my way to Raton via a buddy in Oklahoma City. then after the match do some touring and fly out from Denver.
Any help would be GREATLY apreciated, I have E-mailed the American NRA for advice but non has come back yet.
