Well I wish I could add something but, why? All your postings are loaded with knowledge. Most of the time I just come here and read to learn. I have yet to shoot a match other than the Quigley several years ago where I met some very fine shooters who have been posting here. Work has found to be very time consuming to say the least and my free time is stretch very thin.

Soon I hope to own a real Sharps.

Hey ol' buddy,

I hate to tell you this, but I took delivery of a very fine Shiloh Sharps rifle this last week  . And it's a beauty! Of course, the caliber it's 45/90..... what else? I'll let you know how the Buffalo Buster Bullets work thru it soon. Take care,

I come here off and on. When I first got my Shiloh Sharps and started loading blackpowder in my 45-70, I got a great welcome and a lot a good advice and help. I never felt out of place here. I do not shoot in matches, but I hunt with my Shiloh Sharps and enjoy shooting my black powder cartridges :)
